Living The Dream

When you wake up from a deep sleep, you might remember a dream that you had. You might remember vivid details or those that are sketchy and have to be pieced together. One thing that you can’t do while you’re dreaming is read. Whether it’s a book, a card or another type of printed material, most people are unable to read anything when they are in the middle of a dream. Sometimes, you might think that you go through events in your life that you have already experienced. Premonition dreaming could play a part in this. You clearly see what is going to take place, but the outcome might not be exactly the same as you saw. Some people have had premonitions in dreams about historic events, such as 9/11, Titanic and major hurricanes that have hit the United States. If you haven’t been able to move while you’re dreaming or sleeping, then you’ve probably experienced sleep paralysis. This is a frightening experience when you can’t breathe and can’t move. It’s often associated with the worst dreams and nightmares and often results in fast-paced breathing or sweating when you do eventually wake up from this state. Sleepwalking is another common occurrence with dreams of all kinds.
